Miss Katelyn – Assistant & Substitute Teacher
Miss Katelyn is heading into her first year of her Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology at the University of Alberta. She has been dancing since she was three years old and has trained in many types of dance styles, including ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap, hip hop, and musical theatre. This will be her tenth year of dance training at The Heart of Dance. Two years ago, she achieved her goal of getting onto pointe and was excited to perform her first pointe solo! Her favourite style of dance is lyrical. She has been an assistant and substitute teacher for The Heart of Dance for the past several years. Outside of the dance studio, she also enjoys reading, baking, and paddle boarding.
