Dance Intensive (Ages 13+)
The Dance Intensive is for more experienced dancers who want to be challenged on their dance technique and work on improving their flexibility, strength, performance, and overall dance skills. There will be focused time dedicated to working on various jumps and turns, and dancers will gain valuable skills that will greatly benefit them as they continue into their next dance season. Dancers will also work on building their core strength, increasing flexibility, and developing better pointe range with their feet (which is useful in all dance styles).
Time: 5:30-7:30pm
Cost: $100+GST
